Role Overview:
As a Psychology Counsellor at Carebridge, you will play a key role in delivering compassionate, professional, and confidential counseling services to individuals, particularly within the corporate ecosystem. You’ll work with clients to address emotional challenges, interpersonal issues, workplace stress, and overall mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions, both in-person and via digital platforms.
Address issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, work-life imbalance, grief, burnout, and interpersonal conflicts.
Design and deliver webinars/workshops on mental health awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience-building.
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards of psychological practice.
Document session progress and maintain appropriate client records as per guidelines.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to tailor interventions for employee well-being.
Contribute to content creation for Carebridge’s mental health resources and wellness programs.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Organizational preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling, ideally in a corporate or EAP (Employee Assistance Program) setting
RCI registration (preferred for clinical roles)
Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
Familiarity with digital counseling platforms and tools
Ability to manage multiple clients and handle sensitive cases with discretion
